Our isolation inserts can significantly improve process reliability in the casting process for manufacturing an aluminum wheel. The material properties, manufacturing capabilities and geometry optimizations reduce both turbulence and oxide formation. The high insulating effect strongly counteracts natural freezing of the sprue.
