Reverse countersink (solid carbide / PCD).

For countersinking a defined surface on the reverse side of a bore - for example for a positive fit of the tyre pressure control valve

  • solid carbide or polycrystalline diamond (PCD)
  • individual choice of diameter and total length depending on wheel design and OEM specifications
  • internal cooling specially aligned to the cutting edge

The reverse countersinks are suitable for machining a wide range of materials, such as AlSi7. The ideal customer-specific combination of material, coating, geometry and internal cooling ensures long tool life and also enables high cutting rates to be run. Manufactured entirely from solid carbide, our reverse countersinks guarantees enormous stability, which has a positive effect on our customers’ process reliability. Depending on the application, we also offer a variant with brazed PCD.
